RESPONSIBILITIES
  •  Lead and guide a team of data engineers on multiple projects.
  •  Work on data preparation and pipeline development for predictive modeling.
  •  Tasks include: data interrogation, exploratory data analysis, profiling, and reconciliation.
  •  Create, revise, and monitor data pipelines based on input from product managers and data scientists.
  •  Develop and manage features, including initial testing.
  •  Collaborate with other staff like product managers, data scientists, and architects to solve problems.
  •  Create and manage data assets, datasets, and code with a focus on simplicity, scalability, reusability, and clear documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • .
  • § · 10+ years of relevant data engineering experience.
  • § · Deep experience implementing DBT and leading ETL/ELT development.
  • § · Extensive hands-on experience with specific AWS technologies:
  • § Redshift, MWAA, EMR, and Glue.
  • § · Expert-level skills in
  • § SQL and Python.
  • § · Experience building machine learning data pipelines and features for predictive modeling.
