RESPONSIBILITIES
  • · Lead multiple actuarial projects, driving strategy, product development, and innovation across key business lines
  • · Perform actuarial analyses, identify trends, and assess rate adequacy during rate reviews.
  • ·Apply reserving techniques to project ultimate losses and support quarterly reserve evaluations.
  • Use predictive modeling and machine learning to enhance business performance.
  • Support enterprise risk assessments, including concentration and exposure analyses.
  • · Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau) to communicate insights and inform decisions.
  • · Leadership: Manage high-impact projects, introduce new ideas, and influence business direction.
  • Engage in ongoing professional education and actuarial development.
  • · Collaboration & Growth: Seek and incorporate feedback to strengthen skills and drive excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • · 5+ years of progressive actuarial experience.
  • · ACAS designation required; FCAS preferred.
  • · Strong SQL skills and deep understanding of relational databases.
  • · Proficient in R, Python, or similar statistical programming tools.
  • · Experience with Tableau or other data visualization platforms preferred.
  • ->SALARY: 100-170k
