RESPONSIBILITIES
  •  Design and build predictive and machine learning models for insurance use cases
  •  Analyze complex datasets to understand portfolio trends and customer behavior
  •  Define modelling objectives and collaborate with business teams on analytical projects
  •  Validate, tune, and monitor model performance in production environments
  •  Prepare reports, visualizations, and recommendations to support decision-making
  •  Develop datasets, perform data quality checks, and identify data limitations
  •  Support dashboards, reporting automation, and performance tracking metrics
  •  Research new tools and analytical methods to improve workflows
  •  Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  •  Mentor junior analysts and assist with team development and hiring activities

QUALIFICATIONS
  • · ~5+ years in predictive modelling
  • · Strong knowledge of statistical and machine learning techniques
  • · Experience working with large datasets using Python, R, or SAS
  • · Ability to translate technical results into business insights
  • · Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • · Insurance background (pricing, underwriting, or portfolio analytics)
  • · Model deployment / ML engineering exposure
  • · Visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
