RESPONSIBILITIES
  • · Apply predictive modeling, ML, and advanced analytics to build models
  • · Develop and maintain robust data pipelines to enable nightly model scoring and streamlined, automated retraining
  • · Design monitoring dashboards to track model performance, recommend pricing segmentation adjustments, and measure critical business KPIs
  • · Conduct ongoing modeling initiatives to enhance and refine existing model assets
  • · Drive innovation by improving data analytics methods, exploring underutilized data sources, and evaluating emerging techniques
  • · Support proof-of-concept evaluations for data solutions offered by insuretechs and other vendors
  • · Clearly communicate analytical insights and recommendations to guide business decisions across the organization
  • · Develop standardized dashboards using best-in-class data visualization platforms
  • · Contribute to company’s growth by supporting its expansion into new products and new markets
QUALIFICATIONS
  •  5+ years of proven experience developing strong predictive models within the Property & Casualty Insurance industry
  •  Skilled in open-source statistical tools (e.g., R, Python)
  •  Proficient with data analysis and management tools (e.g., SQL)
  •  Familiar with data visualization platforms like QGIS, ArcGIS, and Microsoft Power BI
