RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supports pricing, renewal modeling, and risk management for Group Benefits across all product lines.
  • o Maintain and enhance tool for annual pricing targets and Op Plan projections
  • o Streamline code and add features/products
  • o Partner with pricing team to implement and test solutions
  • o Own and improve Excel-based model for forecasting premium changes and persistency at renewal
  • ·
  • o Coordinate with Valuation and ERM for duration matching and liquidity planning
  • o Perform quarterly liquidity reviews
QUALIFICATIONS
  • · 3+ years of experience in actuarial or similar analytical roles
  • · Proficient in data analysis with strong Excel, VBA, and Access skills
  • · Familiarity with risk evaluation and Group Benefits pricing/rating is a plus
