RESPONSIBILITIES
  • · Collaborate closely with consultants and analysts to analyze complex problems and deliver solutions for a diverse client base, including:
  • o Large corporations
  • o Captive insurance companies
  • o State regulators
  • o Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance companies
  • · Engage directly with clients, providing significant visibility and interaction with diverse client portfolios.
  • · Loss reserving with additional responsibilities in:
  • o Pricing/ratemaking
  • o Predictive modeling
  • o Economic capital modeling
  • o Warranty and loyalty rewards program analysis
  • o Lead new projects and transition existing ones with minimal supervision.
  • o Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day client communications.
  • o Review analysts' work to ensure technical accuracy and consistency.
  • o Provide quality assurance for analyses, templates, and exhibits.
  • o Mentor and support analysts' professional growth within project teams.
  • o Guide training and skill development for junior team members.
  • o Prepare exhibits and written reports to present findings to clients.
  • o Participate in client meetings and discussions as needed.
  • o Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • o Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • · 5+ years of actuarial experience in the property & casualty industry, with a preference for prior actuarial consulting experience
  • · Near, or already obtained ACAS/FCAS credentials
  • · Strong command of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, etc.
  • · R, SAS, SQL, or VBA experience a plus
  • ->SALARY: 140-180k
