RESPONSIBILITIES
  • · Lead the planning, development, and implementation of the business plan, aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
  • · Develop, execute, and monitor an action plan for the administrative unit, ensuring alignment with company strategy, integration with other units, and performance-driven growth.
  • · Implement management and communication practices to support change management, skill development, employee engagement, talent retention, and diversity in line with company values.
  • · Oversee resource and process management for continuous improvement, emphasizing results, service quality, and customer focus.
  • · Design and apply rating strategies for commercial property, liability, and automobile insurance, using risk segmentation, rate management, and rating structure evolution.
  • · Analyze claims data and monitor market trends to make pricing adjustments.
  • · Provide actuarial guidance and expertise to team analysts, supporting business projects through coaching, quality assurance, and cross-departmental collaboration on actuarial issues.
