RESPONSIBILITIES
  •  Utilize specialized claims and exposure data to continuously refine non-catastrophe pricing models.
  •  Contribute to the pricing of catastrophe-related risks.
  •  Perform portfolio optimization analyses.
  •  Collaborate with third-party software providers to enhance pricing methodologies.
  •  Work closely with the Data & Analytics team, providing expertise in data science techniques.
  •  Offer guidance on essential reporting metrics to the Data & Analytics team.
  •  Engage with underwriters and actuaries from capacity providers.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • · Nearly/newly qualified actuary
  • · Proven experience in a general insurance pricing role
  • · Excellent analytical skills and the capacity to make data-driven decisions
  • · Programming skills (eg Python, R, SQL) and a desire to develop these further
  • · Experience in application of machine learning techniques
  • · Ability to work collaboratively with other functions
  • ->SALARY: 75-110k
