RESPONSIBILITIES
  • · Provide expert insights to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring robust governance and risk management.
  • · Lead the enhancement of company’s predictive analysis and risk assessment in the financial sector.
  • · Develop, implement, validate, and optimize advanced stochastic models to support strategic decisions
  • · Offer senior-level advisory services influencing strategy development and decision-making.
  • · Lead the execution of advanced data strategies and predictive analytics for prudential supervision.
  • · Implement, validate, and communicate sophisticated stochastic models and stress scenarios.
  • · Assess risk attribution and reasonability of results, providing recommendations.
  • · Develop risk metrics, benchmarks, and tracking systems to monitor evolving risks.
  • · Document models, including controls and versioning.
  • · Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • · Identify and analyze emerging issues, trends, and regulatory risks
  • · Lead projects researching and reporting on market intelligence data related to pension plans.
  • · Ensure data accuracy and integrity in predictive modeling and risk assessment.
  • · Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to senior management with actionable insights.
  • · Collaborate with data specialists to support digital transformation initiatives.
  • · Ensure the robustness and security of the stochastic model environment.
  • · Coach and mentor team members, fostering innovation and best practices.
  • · Participate in working groups and advisory committees as a technical expert.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • · CFA, ASA or FRM certifications are beneficial.
  • · 3+ years in statistical modeling, quantitative data analysis, and risk management in the financial/investment industry.
