RESPONSIBILITIES
  • · Integrate new data, analytics, and technology to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • · Support analytics needs for new insurance and reinsurance products
  • · Collaborate closely with various business teams based on evolving needs.
  • · Learn the business and identify pain points from domain experts.
  • · Apply analytics to find potential solutions.
  • · Develop impactful prototypes with business and IT teams.
  • · Process and understand data.
  • · Design and build machine learning models.
  • · Evaluate model performance and conduct cost-benefit analysis.
  • · Analyze operational processes and build or find RPA tools.
  • · Perform ad hoc data analyses and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Masters in analytics or a Phd Holder
  • · Passion for numbers and quantitative analysis.
  • · Experience in deep learning (preferably in image segmentation and NLP).
  • · Strong coding skills.
  • · Excellent problem-solving and forward-thinking mindset.
