RESPONSIBILITIES
  • · Gain exposure to all aspects of the business
  • · Obtain valuable insight into clients' financing and strategic objectives
  • · Develop a greater understanding of the industry
  • · Assist with creation of marketing materials, proposals, and internal approval memos
  • · Develop pro-forma financial statement models specific to deals with support from junior actuaries
  • · Participate in pricing and structuring discussions with clients
  • · Engage in internal discussions for deal approvals
  • · Review legal documents under guidance of external and internal counsel, with supervision from senior actuaries
  • · Manage post-close inquiries from clients and/or internal stakeholders
  • · Help develop junior team members to enhance productivity, work quality, and overall team performance
  • · Manage junior staff and co-op student performance
  • · Support staff development and team engagement

QUALIFICATIONS
  • · Qualified actuary
  • · Knowledge of annuities
  • · AXIS modelling skills in annuity
  • · Pricing and/or valuation experience in annuity
  • ->SALARY: 190-270k
