RESPONSIBILITIES
  • · Act as an analytical leader, collaborating with actuarial, analytic, and business partners on projects and strategic initiatives.
  • · Manage operational assignments such as reserving, reinsurance, rate-making, pricing, regulatory filings, planning/forecasting, project management, CAT modeling, ERM, and research.
  • · Provide insights and recommendations to project teams and business unit partners.
  • · Conduct advanced actuarial and analytic analyses independently, applying judgment appropriately.
  • · Support unit and department initiatives, driving process efficiencies and proposing changes for improvement.
  • · Communicate analysis results and business initiatives to peers and partners, including technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • · Participate in group discussions, create formal written communication, and collaborate on ideas and challenges.
  • · Retain and develop staff, execute talent development processes, and mentor less experienced talent.
  • · Onboard new employees and interns, support training and skill development initiatives, and contribute to recruiting efforts.
  • · Perform other assigned duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • · Part-Qualified Actuary or qualified actuary
  • · Leadership experience
  • ->SALARY: 120-160k
